Specialising in asset verification services for the facilities management industry, bringing over 15 years of hands-on and leadership experience across complex commercial environments.
Originally qualifying as an HVAC engineer, I began my career as a mobile engineer before progressing through supervisory and management roles. This included serving as Site Supervisor on a large, high-end estate, where I was responsible for operational delivery, compliance, and asset performance across critical systems.
I later advanced into a Contract Manager role, overseeing diverse portfolios and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, risk reduction, and lifecycle asset management. This progression has given me a deep understanding of FM operations from both a technical and commercial perspective.
My background enables me to bridge the gap between engineering, compliance, and management—delivering precise, reliable asset verification that supports informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset value for FM clients.
Ciaran O'Brien

Graduating from the University of Nottingham in 2019 with a degree in Mathematics provided a strong analytical foundation for a career in technology. This led to an initial role as a Software Developer within a leading car finance company, delivering reliable, data-focused systems with an emphasis on accuracy, stability, and practical operational value.
I later moved into a combined Business Analyst and Software Developer role at Rothschild & Co, working on systems that required both technical delivery and a clear understanding of business priorities. This experience strengthened my ability to turn operational requirements into effective technical solutions, with particular attention to data quality and risk awareness.
This experience directly supports the development of tailored technology designed around the needs of FM clients. By combining analytical thinking, software development expertise, and commercial awareness, I deliver tools that improve compliance visibility, support service continuity, and enable clients to make more confident decisions about their assets.
